One of the largest nonprofit organizations in Australia, Autism Spectrum Australia, met with a few critical challenges that hindered providing services to the autistic communities.

Business challenges

The IT administrators at Aspect deal with various IT processes on a daily basis, such as patching servers, onboarding and offboarding employees, creating reports, and much more. The solution

Moreover, they were able to automate the process efficiently. IT admins used yet another tool called ADAudit Plus, an IT auditing solution, to gain insights into file server modification, permission changes, etc. The tool also gave the specifics on what changes were made and why these changes were made, which were of great help to the sysadmins.

With Endpoint Central, ManageEngine’s unified endpoint management solution, the IT personnel could automate patch management of servers – one more area where they invested most of their time and effort. They enjoyed the convenience of automation – defining the policies, deploying the patches, and rebooting the servers. The remote control feature available in the tool has eased the life of sysadmins as they can offer support to end-user machines and execute required functions from anywhere.
