Successful Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation

We are pleased to share the successful completion of a Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project delivered by Integralis for MCM – Melbourne City Mission and Quantum Support Services Ltd.

The project involved moving Quantum’s users, collaboration tools and data into MCM’s Microsoft 365 environment, aligning identities, modernising devices, and ensuring staff could continue their work with minimal disruption. A lot of planning went into this, and the collaboration between both organisations made all the difference.

By the end of stabilisation, Quantum’s staff were operating entirely within MCM’s tenant with a consistent identity model, unified collaboration environment and simplified long-term governance.
